This 5-Day Intensive Coaching Development Program is intended for Passionate LEADERS and COACHES who want to learn methodology & skills of Professional Coaching to develop others and gain credibility as an ICF Certified Coach.

This is not an ordinary fun program with games & jokes. The program is very intensive with lots of Coaching Practices Session (10), Live Coaching Mentoring from Master Coach (8) and requires your efforts and commitments.

OVERVIEW OF THE PROGRAM

The ultimate purpose of program is to help you gain the confidence, improve coaching skills, experience actual “real coaching” sessions and develop your own coaching practice.

With this end, the program is structured in 2 Modules and 4-Week Break in between.

  • MODULE 1: (28,29,30 Nov) You will learn how to develop Your Essential Coaching Skillsand how to attract people to your coaching services
  • 4-WEEK BREAKis the time for you to absorb the coaching knowledge and gain coaching experience.

You will apply coaching process, techniques, skills, knowledge gain from Module 1 to perform at least 12hrs “real coaching practice” to experience your coaching style, get awareness what you struggle with, identify area for improvements.

You also need to Complete Project to develop coaching program to help employees / clients to improve performance.

  • MODULE 2: (27,28 Dec) Advanced Coaching Skills.

In this module you will perform Live Coaching Session in the class, and get live mentoring feedback from Master Coach.

You will enhance your coaching skills dramatically to a new level from observation the world-class Master Coach to demonstrate Real Coaching Session.
