eGCS: six solutions for factory security

eGCS is Tinh Hoa’s factory security system. It covers visitor management, contractor management, vehicle and asset control, assembly points, access rights in work areas and security monitoring, on one platform.

Solutions included

  1. Visitor management: register, approve and track visitors entering the plant.
  2. Contractor management: control contractor staff, training status and access periods.
  3. Vehicle and asset control: register goods and equipment taken in and out, and check them on the way out.
  4. Assembly points: know who is on site during an emergency and account for everyone.
  5. Access rights in work areas: only authorized people enter restricted zones.
  6. Security monitoring: live status of gates and areas, and records for investigation.

Access control devices

eGCS works with card readers, fingerprint scanners, face recognition terminals, PIN keypads and mobile credentials. Walkway gates such as tripod turnstiles, swing barriers and flap barriers can be integrated.

Standards

The system supports documentation for ISO 45001, PAS 96, TACCP, HACCP, ISO 28000 and C-TPAT audits.
