ePAD: centralized AutoID data management
ePAD is the platform that synchronizes personnel data, attendance, access control, visitor and contractor management, and meal data on one system. Instead of running several separate tools, factories connect data from attendance devices, access control systems and HR records in one place.
What ePAD manages
- Device management: scheduled uploads and downloads of data to and from many attendance devices across branches.
- Device health: central monitoring of connection status, so devices that go offline are noticed early.
- Personnel and identity records: basic information about employees, contractors and visitors.
- Onboarding and offboarding: access rights are updated automatically when an employee transfers, is hired or leaves.
- Contractor and visitor registration: access is granted after the request is approved.
